On Christmas morning, my mother and I went over to Debbie's new house. Debbie's mother was already there and apparently Jason had been so excited that he got up at 4:30 AM. We started opening presents right away and then had a delicious Christmas brunch prepared by Debbie and her mother.

After that my mother, Jason and I piled into the car and headed down to my brother's house. Glenn and Kathleen have a really nice house. I especially like the porch on the front. If I'd have been thinking, I would have gotten a picture of it.

Kathleen's mother, Shirley, and her sister, Patty, were also there when we arrived. Once again we got right to the opening of presents. After awhile I took Jason out on the back deck to play with a couple of battery-powered trucks that he received (they were pretty loud in the house). Then we started watching Finding Nemo. I fell asleep about halfway through it though. When I woke up, the rest of Kathleen's family had arrived and food had been set out. There's nothing like waking up to good food.

I had pretty much forgotten about having a camera so I didn't take any pictures of the rest of the evening. I mostly sat on the couch watching t.v. because I'm a social retard like that around people I don't know.

We got a little turned around in the neighborhood as we were leaving but that just gave us the chance to enjoy the Christmas lights. Jason had a couple more presents from Santa when we arrived home and then it was time for bed. A day filled with good food, good people and lots of toys can really take it out of you.
